No and hopefully in 2012 we will toss his Radical A@@ out of office. That is when that L:eftist will get REALLY dangerous. He will have been rejected by 85% of America and then the media and the Left will get frantic.

The Democratic Agenda has been the best one so far that is effective at actually empowering citizens to be in control of our country. What I have seen so far in the Republican Agenda takes global economics and empowers foreign countries to run the USA through controlling businesses and entire industries. The Tea Party Agenda fails to take a stand against fundamentalism and promotes isolationism, which nearly clones economic systems of countries we currently are at war against.

And Obama and the Left clones an economic system (Socialism) that has NEVER worked ANYWHERE on the face of the Earth.

I understand that the crowd in Washington Saturday with the Democrats actually wasn't all that the news projected. IN ADDITION many many groups were PAID to show up. Don't these Democrats ever really say things as they are. I never will trust a Democrat again since all the DAMAGE the present administration has done to our country and with more still to come.

We just have to ignore the past 30 years of Big Government Republicans to take you seriously.
by rwsmith29456 October 4, 2010 9:07 PM EDT
Curse, I think recent history shows that in general, Republicans favor big business over big government.
by RobAla October 4, 2010 8:04 PM EDT
I doubt very seriously whether Democrats can avoid a midterm blowout, because the damage has already been done by them. They allowed extremist progressives to gain control of that party, and they have inflicted damage on an already suffering US economy. For more than a year, unemployment has been over 9.5%. They have expanded the federal government on the backs of business and taxpayers. They crammed a government takeover of health care down the throats of a majority of Americans who do not want it. President Obama lied repeatedly about having the health care discussions on CSPAN, and he and the Democrats did shady deals with unions in giving union workers a different health care deal than the rest of the nation. On and on, they have cause damage to this country. This crap has to stop.

The Tea Party has already ham strung the Republicans, those in charge of their faculties will quietly vote for sanity. The GOP loud mouths like Haley Barbour are going to be very disappointed.

"how can the democrats avoid a blowout this November?" Force the GOP to actually solidify their positions and what they'd actually do to improve our country. Force them to say what they plan to cut in order to bring down the national debt.

But they made a generic pledge to "restore" America! Is that not good enough?
by RickChicago1 October 4, 2010 11:27 PM EDT
We can do that when Obamboozler actually starts to WRITE down his EXACT ideas. You know on things like......... Cap and Trade. Card Check. The National Debt. The wealth redistribution he plans And the Liberal Press does not get to ask the questions.

Guys what was up with all the trash we left behind at the rally, we should have set an example to the others. I was totally embarrassed for our cause trying to make the environment better and such. I saw pictures of the Beck rally and I was ashamed.

This was a rally done by the GOP (incognito) "via the Koch Bros" in which they invited every scuzz bum in the States with every type of agenda to attend and make the Dems look very bad.. ('Mission accomplished" again you Repugs). The sad thing is many people have swallowed your lies, "hook, line and sinker". This recovery may never happen now.
by RickChicago1 October 4, 2010 11:32 PM EDT
Sure it was the Conservatives that did all the littering. Anyone with half a brain can see that this is some feeble attempt to make your pathetic fellow Leftists look like responsible human beings. By the way using your train of thought I guess it was Liberal infiltrators that cleaned up after Glenn Beck to make him look good. Talk about grasping at straws...... The left is getting VERY VERY nervous. America has seen pure Liberalism and is rejecting it EVERYWHERE. Throw out the Liberals in 29 days!!

That's OK obama only wants blacks, hispanics and the young to get out and vote. So any other groups votes aren't needed.

LOL But it would be nice if they did come and vote for us (dems) also.
by retm-w October 4, 2010 9:21 PM EDT
toolmangler then they don't need your vote, how's it feel for your leader to leave you sitting on the curb.
by gep1955 October 4, 2010 7:15 PM EDT
The Tea Party candidates too extreme? So what the dems have done is mainstream, centrist, right down the middle, everybody singing Kumbya? At last count the country is $130 trillion (thats 130,000 billion dollars folks) in debt and the dems pass bills that they dont read, that requires we send more money to them because they can be trusted to handle it?
